CS2 Compare earns money through affiliate partnerships with some of the CS2 case opening platforms we cover.
What that means in practice
When you click certain links on this site and sign up or deposit on the linked platform, we may receive a commission. This comes at no extra cost to you — you don’t pay more by using our link than you would going directly to the platform.
What it doesn’t mean
Affiliate commission does not determine how a platform is scored or ranked. Our rankings follow the fixed criteria published on our Methodology page. We list some platforms we don’t currently have an affiliate relationship with, and we’ve delisted or downgraded platforms in the past when they stopped meeting our criteria, regardless of commission arrangements.
Why we do it this way
Running independent tests, verifying promo codes, and keeping rankings current takes ongoing work. Affiliate commission is what funds that, instead of charging readers directly or accepting payment for placement.
